No, we don’t enclose a receipt of any kind in the package. This saves paper, which we think is a good thing. Also, if you are sending a gift you don’t need to worry about the recipient seeing the order details.
Shipping and Returns
All shipping materials are chosen with both the safe transport of your item(s) and the environmental impact in mind. Responsibly harvested papers, recycled, biodegradable and reusable materials are used as much as possible while making sure your items arrive in good condition. We are consciously doing our best to reduce waste, see more on that here.

We pack and ship orders Monday-Friday, however we are a small team and sometimes it takes us a little longer. We try our best to ship orders within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Still, there are exceptions especially when we have a new release and get a lot of orders at once. Please leave a comment in your order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need something quickly or have any questions about when your order is shipping.
International orders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive from our ship date. Once it leaves the USPS/UPS we have no tracking until it is delivered by your local service. We’ve found it best for you to reach out to your local office.
Some countries charge an import or custom’s fee. Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for the fees incurred by your country's postal service. We’ve found that the local office sometimes holds your item waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Oh no, we’re so sorry! If you receive your order and discover that the wrong item or wrong quantity was shipped to you, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll help make it right.
If you receive your order and discover that something is damaged, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help make it right.
We will happily replace or refund you at our cost as long as the address you provided was correct.
If your order has not shipped, just email us so we can make that change! If it’s already left our warehouse and has been returned to us, we ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.
If your item was returned because you: missed delivery, moved, gave the wrong address, or left the item unclaimed at the Post Office we ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.
We will contact you using the email provided in your order. After 30 days any unclaimed items will be considered abandoned.
We are happy to combine orders if you placed more than one. Please contact us at email@example.com. In some cases we can refund shipping overage. Keep in mind the combined shipping weight may be more than the two separate costs so we cannot guarantee a refund.
We want you to be happy with the items that you purchased. If it isn’t what you expected or you would simply like to make a return, we accept returns of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. But before you send anything back, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find the best solution (for example, sometimes it’s not necessary to send an item back).

Print and Product Questions
Yes this is completely normal! Lisa's artwork features brush textures and “distress" that are intentional and part of her visual vocabulary and style. If you see marks that you think are not part of the artwork, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll help make it right.
Yes! Our acid-free giclée prints are printed on lush matte art paper in our Portland Studio. The saturated pigment inks have permanence ratings of up to 200 years! Each print comes packaged with a piece of acid free matboard & ready to frame. Our art prints are available through us and a few hand-selected retailers around the world. Unless otherwise noted, each print is an open edition and has an integrated signature for authenticity.
First and foremost it’s quality and longevity. Archival art prints or giclée prints are a pigment based printing process which is favored by collectors and archivists. The quality is unsurpassed and museum grade. Our posters are dye based digital printing and while they are fade resistant, they are not archival. Posters are our way to offer more affordable options.
Our limited edition prints utilize speciality/artisanal printing processes like letterpress, serigraphy and the like. Each print is signed and number by Lisa and will not be reprinted. Art collectors prefer signed editions because they tend to appreciate over time.
